Therefore, to inhance this commitment, the hospital was visited by the audit team of Det Norske Veritas (DNV) in January 2008 and was certified by the international ISO 9001 policy, which presents Quality Management guidelines, adopted by organizations in several fields around the world.

Hospital Belvedere’s certification by ISO 9001 proves its Quality Management System to be maintained in order to guarantee the satisfaction of its customers, according to the international standard of the policy.
